Mr. Abraham is an international executive originally from India and currently residing in the U.S. He is Chairman of Gladstone Abraham Group, a private merchant banking group that advises technology-based companies on top management strategy and corporate finance.
Mr. Abraham has long-standing relationships with major financial institutions and CEOs of multinational corporations. He has also advised venture capitalists, private equity groups, and investment banks in special financing situations and technology areas. He has considerable expertise in management buy-outs and corporate restructuring. As chairman of Fedship (an International Alliance), he has advised European investors and Government agencies of Developing Nations, including India, Sri Lanka and Singapore, on financing of multi-national projects and policy issues involving technology and trade development. Prior to forming Gladstone Abraham Group, Mr. Abraham was Managing Director of International Resource Exchange which was engaged in technology transfer and trade development with third world countries.
He has been active in civic organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently serves on the boards of the local Rotary Club and RotaCare Bay Area. He has also served on the boards of The Harvard Club of San Francisco and The San Francisco International Programs and as advisor to The Eisenhower Foundation in Philadelphia. Mr. Abraham has an MBA from Harvard and an M.S.M.E. from University of California at Berkeley where he was a doctoral candidate.
Mr. Bhatta is an international executive originally from Nepal and currently residing in the U.S. He has served as a senior Sales and Marketing Consultant for multi-national companies with a focus on solar energy, clean water, and real estate. Mr. Bhatta has successfully developed significant markets for new products in the U.S., Canada, and South Asia on behalf of major manufacturers. As an accomplished clean energy business promotor and project developer, Mr. Bhatta has brought and executed some of the companies’ largest and most profitable deals in the U.S. and globally.
Mr. Bhatta is a Project Advisor who has been offering investment advice to institutional, industrial, and independent investors on a diversity of multi-million-dollar projects. He possesses exceptional networking capabilities and has relationships with private investors and family-owned enterprises in the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Bhatta holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, San Francisco, California.
Dr. Koziol is an international educator originally from Madagascar and currently residing in the U.S. She has over 20 years’ experience in the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of intercultural, cross-cultural, diversity and leadership trainings, projects, and programs for clients such as Google, Chevron, UC Berkeley, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Stanford University, United Nations Association East Bay Chapter, World Affairs Council, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, Notre Dame University, Indiana University, Immigration Office and Police Department Office, Indianapolis Indiana.
Her experience includes delivering thematically linked cross-disciplinary programs in collaboration with academic units, governments and governmental agencies, and NGOS. Local, national, and international key senior leadership positions as Deputy Honorary Consul of Madagascar, Rotarian, Fulbright Enrichment Program Advisory committee chair and Fulbright Program alumna, Faculty member and Chair of the Modern Languages Department of the University of Madagascar, and NAFSA officer. She currently teaches Navigating Cultures Living & Working Around the Globe in the 21st Century in the Peace and Conflict Studies Department of the University of California Berkeley. Dr. Koziol received her Master’s in College Student Personnel Administration and Ph.D. in English degrees from Indiana University Bloomington. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the Université d'Antananarivo in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
